Understanding Textured Hair

Our Curly, Coily, and Kinky Collections are considered high-maintenance textures. Just like natural textured hair, these textures require regular moisturizing, detangling, and proper nighttime care.

To Maintain Your Hair:

• Detangle gently from ends to roots using fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
• Use sulfate-free shampoos and moisturizing conditioners.
• Apply leave-in conditioner and light oils as needed.
• Avoid excessive heat styling.
• Sleep with a satin bonnet, scarf, or pillowcase.
• Rehydrate curls and coils regularly with water and approved styling products.
• Separate curls gently to avoid excessive shedding.
• Store hair properly when not in use.

Important Notice

Textured hair may experience:

• Natural shedding
• Frizz
• Shrinkage
• Volume expansion
• Changes in curl definition depending on products and styling methods

These characteristics are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Coilistry is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, chemical processing, coloring, bleaching, excessive heat, neglect, or failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines.

15-Day Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products.

Customers may request a refund within 15 calendar days of receiving their order, provided that:

• The hair remains unopened.
• The original packaging, ties, tags, and labels are intact.
• The hair has not been worn, installed, brushed, washed, cut, colored, altered, or otherwise used.
• The product is returned in its original condition.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Opened packages
• Installed hair
• Worn hair
• Customized orders
• Colored or chemically altered hair
• Clearance or final sale items
• Pre-order deposits

Returned products that show signs of use will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The product must be unopened.
• The hair must remain unused and unaltered.
• Original packaging, ties, tags, and labels must be attached.

Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error made by Coilistry.

Coilistry reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving an exchange.
